Thank you for your first plasma donation. What’s next?
Now that you've become an integral part of a process that saves and improves the lives of patients, the most important thing you can do is come back and donate again. After all, donating regularly is the best way to ensure that your plasma donations are being used to produce life-saving medicines.
You must successfully donate a second time within six months to become a plasma donor. Without two sets of plasma test results and health screenings, we can't use your plasma to make our lifesaving medicines. And that means your first donation has to be discarded. So, please call your plasma donation center to make that important second donation.
In the meantime, you can prepare for your next donations by taking good care of yourself, drinking plenty of water, and eating balanced and nutritious meals. Get more tips on preparing for your next donation from our Tips for Easier Donating section.
Have you signed up for the Donor Hub?
You haven’t? What are you waiting for?
Donor Hub is our exclusive application that you can access from grifolsdonorhub.com or download the App to your smartphone from the Apple or Google Play stores. To sign up for the first time, you’ll need a special registration number from the plasma center where you initially donated. Make sure to get this special registration number at your next donation. Once you’re logged in, you can see local alerts from your center, get info on new bonus offers, and keep track of your donations and compensation.
