2.Weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg)
3.Be in generally good health

We are located near the intersection of Mayport Road and Assissi Lane, in the Shoppes of Lakeside complex, across from the Kangaroo convenience store. From Atlantic Blvd. take the Flyover to Mayport Road.
