2. Weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg)
3. Be in generally good health
4. Bring a valid photo I.D., and proof of address and Social Security Number or Border Crossing Card. Make sure you have everything you need to donate plasma. Download your First-Time Donor Checklist here.

The Grifols Plasma Donation Center in Logan, UT, is located on Main Street just west of Utah State Campus.
